In fear of losing quality, In-N-Out Burger has not franchised its operations or gone public. The company is known for their best practices, including paying employees over the required minimum wage and standing out in customer service practices. The menu includes, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, the double double, fries, milkshakes and fountain drinks. Currently, In-N-Out uses the slogan, ‘Quality You Can Taste’.
